I’m a recent Bachelor of Human Nutrition graduate with a passion for helping young women feel confident, energised, and strong through simple, sustainable nutrition.

I started this blog because I saw how confusing and overwhelming health advice can be, especially when it comes to weight management, gut health, and sports nutrition. There’s so much noise online, and I wanted to create a space that makes evidence-based nutrition feel clear, realistic, and supportive.
